Lifter/Stacker for trolleys – D008

Lifting/stacking  machine designed to unload meat carts such as DIN 9797 200/300 liters rail carts, to be placed on shelving systems for prolonged periods of times, for procedures such as cooling, marination, curing and seasoning.

IMPROVEMENT OF PROCESS
Maximum lifting capacity of 1800mm, allowing to shelve up to 3 levels of carts, resulting in an increased floor area available.
A COMPACT AND MOBILE SOLUTION FOR LIFTING OPERATIONS
The unit only weighs 300 kgs and can be easily moved inside where carts are kept, and is geared with a telescopic cylindric column notably compact and easy to handle.
POWERFUL RECHARGABLE BATTERY
SAFE OPERATION: non-motorized drop down, acoustic warning.
HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY: stainless steel for better sanitary conditions.
