Lifter/tipper for trolley – D009

This tipper lifter for trolleys is designed to turn standard trolleys inside mixer, kneading machine and sacking machines of food processing lines.

The tipper lifter for trolleys is composed by a wheeled base (two of which are swivel and with breaks), a column-body that contains the lifting system, which can be opened for maintenance and cleaning operations.
The lifting system is composed by a powered chain, whose motion inside high-density plastic rails allows a safe and efficient turning of trolleys.
